FAQs
For questions about the Travel Team, please go to the Travel Team page.
Where is the Sarni Tennis Facility? Where is the Penn State Tennis Center?
Check out our map page.
When will I be allowed to play on the Sarni tennis courts?
From Monday through Thursday, at 7pm to 9pm, or 9pm to 11pm, depending on the day. Check the calendar.
How much does it cost to join the club?
$30 per semester.
How good are the people who play in the club?
There is a wide range of ability level. The best players are very competitive, but the atmosphere is relaxed. Because of the variety of players in the club, you will most likely be able to find someone to play against who is the same level as you.
Who will I be playing against when I go to club hours?
It depends! You can either play a friend, or play against someone you meet there. It is really up to you. The only time you will be asked to play against a specific person or group of people is when the courts are at capacity, or when we are playing inside. We try our best to give the people playing on that particular day the option of what they would like to do.
I filled out a sign-up form, but now I can't find it. Where is it?
Head over to the account page and you will be able to print it out or edit it.
How do I change my password?
Go to the edit account page.
I have registered for the club and paid my dues, can I bring a friend who is not in the club?
No you can't. Only members who have turned in a participation agreement are allowed to play.
Do I need to get a fitness membership?
No.
