Instructions
- Enter your Penn State AccessID in the field at the bottom of this page and follow the steps to create an account. Print out your sign-up form.
- Print and complete the Club Sports participation waiver. Attach a photocopy of your insurance card.
- Bring your forms and dues (Cash, or check made payable to Penn State Tennis Club) to the Sarni Tennis Facility during our court hours. Your dues will be calculated for you on your sign-up form.
