How to Join | Why Join?

Instructions

  1. Keep up with our announcements by joining the ListServ and reading the news updates on this website.
  2. Complete the sign-up form at the bottom of this page, and print it out.
  3. Complete the Club Sports participation waiver. Attach a photocopy of your insurance card.
  4. Gather the dues indicated on your sign-up form. (Cash, or check made payable to Penn State Tennis Club)
  5. Bring your forms and dues to the Penn State Tennis Center during our court hours.

After you fill out this form, you will be sent to the user account manager where you can print out your sign-up form, check your validation status, edit your information, and much more.
