How to Join - Instructions

  1. Enter your Penn State AccessID in the field on the right side of this page and follow the steps to create an account. Print out your sign-up form.
  2. Print and complete the Club Sports participation agreement. Attach a photocopy of your insurance card.
  3. Bring your forms and dues (Cash, or check made payable to Penn State Tennis Club) to the Sarni Tennis Facility during our court hours. Your dues will be calculated for you on your sign-up form.
